Partnerships

Establishing partnerships

These guides from the Victorian Council of Social Services (VCOSS) provide information, tools and resources for professionals that want to partner with other organisations to deliver a joint activity, program, project or service.. They examine the three stages of partnering: preparing to partner; commencing the partnership; and, sustaining the partnership, and provide a step-by-step guide for professionals at each stage. It is anticipated that these resources will further strengthen and support partnerships across Victoria and provide an overview of governance, partnership models and leadership.

Please feel free to download these guides and distribute them within your organisation and/or partnership:
