About This Service
Eating disorders are a serious mental illness – not a lifestyle choice, a diet gone wrong or a fad. EDV aims to change the stigma associated with eating disorders and spread a message of hope.
With the right treatment and support, eating disorders can be beaten and recovery is possible.

Public Transport Information
Eating Disorders Victoria is conveniently accessible by train or driving. Train: The nearest train station is the Victoria Park Station which is on the Hurstbridge line. Walk north from the station for 100 metres, cross the railway line and we are in the building on the corner of Lulie and Abbot Sts. Tram: The closest tram is the no 86 which travels down Smith St; however this involves a 1.5km walk. If you choose to travel by tram, disembark at the corner of Johnston St and walk down the hill and over Hoddle st, until you reach Lulie st. Driving: There is plenty of parking available in the street or in the car park next to the railway line.
